    Van insurance.

When buying insurance  for your van ie cargo type van, is it more expensive  to ask for rv insurance  or personal vehicle insurance.  If it is undeclared camper type vehicle and you have an accident  will it impact the claim?

    Removing the passenger seat.

Sophisintown, good suggestion thanks. I still have the problem of the fridge, maybe just move it if I want to sit in the chair, bears consideration Jaqueg, I was not thinking it out and it did cross my mind after posting, you're right illegal not to be properly strapped in.

    Removing the passenger seat.

Thanks for the two replies, I so many times think of a second person with me but has never been a good choice for me i.e. fishing getting a bigger craft and end up going by myself 90% of the time. I am thinking of a ISCO40 fridge that will take far too much room inside the van hence my...

    Mini-Van Bed Placement

My reason is that over the years my wife always slept on the left half of the bed and me on the right. Therefore I lie head at back end of the van and always exit the bed on the right side.

    RearView/Backup /Dash Cam - Nice

How did you fit the camera? The attached frame is too flimsy the first car wash will destroy it. I thought of drilling a small hole as an opening for the lens and mounting g it on the inside of the back door.

    RearView/Backup /Dash Cam - Nice

I purchased one from Amazon, Chinese made tested it and looks to be as described. My questions, 1 what is the red wire for at the camera socket connection? 2 do you drill a hole and attach the camera to the back door or use the bracket which appears to be very flimsy car wash destruction...

So if I insulate the metal box the meat will be ok? I do not want to spend money on a project without finding out what is best. Your observation is not helpful.

    Insulation question

Crofters, opinions is what helps to form a decision,  I  watched a video by an " expert " who said reflectix must have a gap between the outer shell and the reflectix. He then went on to place the same insulation you used and then applied the reflectix.  Bob's point is that the insulation  will...
