    What SUVs do you recommend?

Thanks for your advice guys! It will just be me and my small (14lb/7kg) dog. I will not likely be doing much towing, but I can't safely say as of now. I will also probably be doing some off roading, I don't know how much. And I don't need anything very big

    What SUVs do you recommend?

I've been looking into different vehicles to go mobile in, and I've come to the conclusion that a SUV is my best option. It will not be pulling a trailer(usually), and I would like decent mileage.  What SUV's do y'all lovely folks recommend?  Thank you in advance

Welcome! If you want to take cats, I would definitely recommend you take them out on rides more and more frequently to get them into the lifestyle they will probably be living. Just a tip from a pet owner :)

    What is "stealth" for?

Blanch Thanks for sharing! Kelly That does sound true. I never thought that living in a vehicle, trailer, etc would call for much space, but I guess it is nice to have room around your vehicle/tiny home. -edit- Lenny Okay! That definitely makes sense. Do you feel as if your adventure would...

    What is "stealth" for?

Thanks, blanch! I can really see a use there. Have you ever encountered trouble or unpleasant things you feel you would not have, had you been more "stealthy"?

    What is "stealth" for?

Thank you for the opinions! I kind of felt like it was a big deal(more so than necessary), but I do see how prolonged stay in a city might create a need for stealth. The vehicle I am trying to fix up and get is a medium sized SUV so should I ever need it, staying "stealthy" shouldn't be too...

    What is "stealth" for?

I've been reading some interesting threads, and something I noticed is that there is some difference in opinions about stealth. I haven't been a part of this community long enough to fully understand the typical use in the nomadic group, but I've picked up from a few posts. I.e. "I don't show my...

Thank you, Ken! My older brother has a chevy tracker that he said if I helped fix I can have, so if the tracker doesn't work out, I will be sure to check that out(I'll probably check it out anyways).

I first learned that the nomad lifestyle still existed in 2016 when my brother found a youtube channel of a lady living in her car. I couldn't find the exact video, but things she described in a "why am I a nomad?" video sparked something in my 14 year old self. Since then I've loved the thought...
