This is great! Love ****, i do somthing i made up called **** 1200 when i want to loose, as im smallish already. ****, not over 1200 cals for 10 days to drop 4 lbs, then back to reg **** I will be van life in 20 months and figuring out now what i can bring and store easy. Cant wait!
