I experimented with van gardening last spring and summer. It was overall a success! The plants adapted really well to "van life" and withstood highway speeds without problems. My largest challenge was watering it, especially in the summer, because I was hauling 5 gallon buckets to the roof...

Thank you for the warm welcomes all! As far as staying warm, we use the smallest Mr. Buddy heater, as well as work indoors for part of the day and layer up on warm clothing. Our van could benefit from insulated window covers as well .
