    Sun visor for 2022 Sprinter

Mine is a kind of corrugated, heavy duty foil, that I believe was bought at a Home Depot or some such place and cut simply to fit. Works very well, folds to store, and I think this is what many use, basically making their own. I would go in one of those places and ask what they have. Let us...

    Portable Food Warmer 12V 24V 110V 3-in-1 $23.77

Similar to a Hot Logic, which I have had and enjoyed a couple of years.

    What are you reading?

Dean Koontz, “The Silent Corner”. His books often beg the question “who writes this stuff???”

    Carla's Camper

Be aware it may still be winter at elevations in Colorado, possibly well into June. It’s going to be interesting to learn what the problem is with your black tank, Carla. 😅 If the toilet bowl won’t empty, it sounds like the tank may be clogged with an astonishing amount of toilet paper...

    Newcomer hello

Welcome to Sprinter ownership, from one at 16 years. ☺️ As far as outfitting, start with just some camping basics and you will soon figure out what you need, and the “must haves”. Have fun.

    Carla's Camper

I’m not big on writing bad reviews, but this campground might warrant it. 🙄 For unsuspecting others.

    Carla's Camper

Many private campgrounds fine tune to a fault any local rules, and will not allow camping in a vehicle, you must have a purpose built RV or a tent. Public campgrounds, county/state/federal, are much less restrictive. It is difficult to imagine even private campground owners entering a screen...

    Carla's Camper

If you haven’t held the handle open and used a flashlight to look inside your toilet I would do that. Would give you a better idea of what is going on in there, as sometimes the gauges don’t work properly. That campground sounds, umm, a bit disturbed, and one I would not want to visit...

    Carla's Camper

Yeah, you may have to get in there with a high pressure hose to clean it out. Many people carry a dedicated hose for just that purpose, to connect to the flush hose at a dump station and use it inside from the toilet end to give things a good scour. As for water, if you carry 50 gallons of...

    Carla's Camper

One of the problems I solved by not flushing toilet paper was the excess water from my limited tanks needed to flush paper as well as, ummm, leavings of whatever nature. 🙄 Takes much less water just to flush urine, and always try to leave solid waste in public toilets. 🙄 Works for me. ☺️

    Carla's Camper

Carla, just a word about your clogged toilet after your kids/grandkids began using it. I stopped flushing toilet paper in my BVan years ago, which solved many issues. 🙄 I keep small, scented trash bags in my little bathroom for toilet paper.

People just being people, Human Nature

Has anyone referred to introverts or extroverts, maki2? I’m a little confused by your post.

People just being people, Human Nature

I just want to add to this that I believe part of this problem results from group dynamics, of which I have became pretty intolerant as a senior. Groups can develop a negative personality, become threatened, then target and bully others who they perceive as not fitting in. I think our personal...

    SEASHELLS!!

I hope the OP tolerates this digression from seashells, we will try to be brief. ☺️ Well, I don’t know where you find pudding stones, because I have yet to find one in spite of diligent efforts. I have seen turned fields and been tempted to go searching in them, but have restrained myself. 😅...

Best on the road internet these days?

Mine consistently does exactly what it says it will do…boost existing signal.

People just being people, Human Nature

I have to agree with a lot of this, I’m sad to say. I, also, fall into the hermit category, preferring to be pleasant to those I directly encounter but am not a highly social animal so mostly stay to myself. And, that’s okay.

Best on the road internet these days?

I have only ever had Verizon, travel all over the country, and am very happy with it. I bought a WeBoost, single device signal booster some years ago, and it keeps the phone connected for at least text in almost any area I might be in. Very rarely can it get nothing at all, and I highly...

SCREWED BY WALMART! I HATE WALMART!

And I have had a few issues with Amazon sellers, but not with WaMart, from whom I order regularly. We have to be careful with everything these days, is the truth, which is a sad state of affairs, imho.

There always seem to be experienced, generous brains to pick, folks willing to share information with newbies. You will someday be one of those. ☺️

    SEASHELLS!!

Yea, I have a few of those, tho I didn’t know what they were when I found them. I’m on a quest to find a pudding stone, but haven’t had any luck yet.
