I know that Colorado does not allow overnighting in rest areas or park&rides. You can overnight in some Walmarts here but one by one Walmarts are not allowing it here. Even ski resorts are cracking down on overnight parking. What states are best and what states are worst for overnighting?

I was wondering about overnight stops along I-70 and what places allowed overnight parking. I know the rest area in Eagle, Colorado allows overnight parking and have heard Edwards allows overnight parking and even has a dump station. Any others members here know of?
