"Unlimited" for $40/month for unlocked iPhones

You can use your phone to hotspot to another device with Visible. I haven't tried to connect more than one device at a time.

    Net Buddy Legit

Does the hotspot function on the phone actually work with Straight Talk or is it disabled? Below is a line from the Straight Talk Ultimate Unlimited ($55/mo) plan page on Walmart.com ... ... "This Straight Talk plan gives almost any smart phone access to high-speed 4G LTE data, but cannot be...

    Net Buddy Legit

OK. I just finished my first online class in "jailbreaking". Sounds dangerous unless you know where to get the clean version of the app that must be installed via a jailbreak. I feel like a dog chasing it's tail. As soon as I get up to speed about a particular nuance of a budget-friendly data...

Need recommendations for Vehicle Insurance Carriers in South Dakota

I've recently established residency and registered my truck and travel trailer in SD. I'd appreciate recommendations for vehicle insurance for my truck and trailer. I'm not opposed to having separate policies. I just want solid coverage at a fair price.

Using flat RG6 coax cable with low loss RG58 to run through window jam

Here is the response I received from Wilson Electronics with regard to using their 75 ohm RG-6 window entry cable to connect two sections of their 50 ohm RG-58 cable ... ... you are able to use a window entry cable with your set up without an issue since it wont have much signal loss.

Using flat RG6 coax cable with low loss RG58 to run through window jam

I noticed that, but the only flat coax cable on the Wilson/WeBoost sights is the 75 RG-6. I'll contact them directly tomorrow to get their advice. Thanks

Using flat RG6 coax cable with low loss RG58 to run through window jam

Does anyone know if a short section of RG6 flat coax cable could be used to connect 2 sections of low loss RG58 cable through a window jam without much signal loss? I'm buying supplies to connect a directional antenna to a Wilson cellular booster and would like to be able to run the cable from...

    RV 12V to inverter problem

Can you explain what was involved in connecting your inverter to (or near?) the converter? Did you need a wiring diagram to locate where and what to connect to?

Need Inverter, 12V outlets, battery monitor installed - I'm in Ohio

Can anyone recommend a shop or freelance installer to install a power inverter, a few 12V outlets, battery monitor and maybe replace the Zamp solar controller in my 23 foot travel trailer? If needed, I'm available to do or help with the grunt work if someone could supervise and be available for...

Very helpful, thanks. I had not heard of Google Fi. Do you think I could use a Google Fi phone w/ the drwireless $29.99 AT&T plan by switching sim cards?

    AT&T unlimited LTE $29.99 a month

I am considering an unlocked GSM phone for my current talk and text provider (Republic Wireless). Would it be possible to also use this phone with drwireless' AT&T data plan by swapping the sim card when I want to use it as a hotspot?

    AT&T unlimited LTE $29.99 a month

So is this hotspot only accessible using an iPad or can you use other devices like windows laptops or android phones?

    Unlimited AT&T $20 a month

FWIW, I just corresponded with one of the eBay sellers of Moblely devices. (S)he indicated that, with a Mobley device and an OnStar-capable vehicle, $20 per month data plans are available from OnStar. I didn't pursue it further because I don't have an OnStar vehicle.

What would you do with an old Republic Wireless phone?

I could use some suggestions on expanding my connectivity options beyond my planned purchase of the Unlimited Verizon 3G plan that I learned about on this forum (many thanks to all who contribute(d) to that thread). For the last 5 years I've been using Republic Wireless for text and talk with a...
