What about lithium batteries?  Aren't they a better bet all around because they are lighter and you don't have to worry about keeping them charged at 50%? If I am going to install ~750 watts of solar on my RV, shouldn't I go for a lithium ion battery bank?

We also use the cone pour over method and the best coffee we've found is Melitta because it's a fine grind that gives you a really rich cup of coffee - no burnt taste.  Aldi also sells a German brand of ground coffee that tastes good and it's also very finely ground.  Coffees like Maxwell House...
