I use that plugged into my Bluetti. Works fine. I don't leave it on all the time, of course.

    SUV Insurance in South Dakota

I used Geico for years with my SD license & plates, even though I was there only for one day in 8 years. Never had a claim, so didn't have any problems. Am now in AZ (lot higher insurance rate) but looked at Progressive, as they handle full-timers.

Anyone full timing using a portable power station?

I've been using a Bluetti AC200 since 11/20. Recharged by a 350W panel and, on cloudy winter days, a Champion generator. I run a desktop computer, water kettle, coffee grinder, heated mattress pad, toaster, rice cooker, espresso machine, some LED lights, and recharge some devices. Not all at...

I have a hybrid trailer, so ditched the LP covers the first time I realized I would have to fold up the bed every time I needed to refill.

    Portable Power Stations and Question

I have an AC200 hooked to a 350W panel. My electric needs are greater. I love the unit but it may be overkill for you. personally, I'd rather have too much power than not enough.

What is your monthly internet usage?

Looked it up and they changed the plans. I get a min. of 75 GB for each of my 2 devices (phone & iPad), plus 35 GB min. for hotspot. I have gone over the 75 Gb occasionally, and have noticed no throttling. Prob because I'm rarely near a city. The hotspot limit is hard, but I only went over...

    Winter camping suggestions?

I'm spending this year in NM State Parks. In December, I'll prob head to Imperial Dam LTVA near Yuma. Was there last winter. Windy and dusty, but temps were OK. The previous winter, I went back and forth from Roswell (Bottomless Lakes SP) to Carlsbad (Brantley Lake SP). Too cold for me, though...

How do you know when to fix vs replace your van?

I was thinking about that for my '02 Yukon XL. It has 155,000 miles and runs great. I'm figuring the tranny would be the first thing to go, what with pulling a trailer full-time. $4-5 grand would be a big pill to swallow, but to replace the whole vehicle would cost, what- $10-15 grand? I'm in...

Large 365 watt solar panel performance

Any tips on mounting the panel to the van roof? I have a 350 watt panel that won't fit on my trailer roof because of the vents. I'm thinking of attaching it to my Yukon's roof rack.
