    Innocuousness

Actually, I think it's good a practice and people should do that 'just in case' something were to happen.  It demonstrates a sense of ownership and territoriality, a stake in the community and people willing to take action, and that's a very thing.  You weren't doing anything wrong, it wasn't...

    **** Lifestyle

Example of typical day meal routine --- Morning: Coffee with 2 tablespoons pure C8 MCT oil, 1 tablespoon grass-fed butter, 2-3 Truvia (stevia/erithrotol), generous teaspoon of FOS powder (blended in Magic Bullet). Early daytime snack: Boiled egg w/generous salt... Or...an Avocado w/generous...

    Poor man's 1999 F450 Truck Camper Build

That could work... mounted vertically. And the price is extremely right!

Anytime I see a shock title like 'Dangers of..." I know it's more of an editorial or opinion piece.  I find this typical of the misinformation disseminated by folks who have yet to fully understand ketosis.  Research actual scholarly studies and you will find more solid info.  As in life...

OK Now to plan C Ford Cutaway van

Sure enough! 1998 Absolutely amazing how little wear and varnish... Looks like a little crud went through a couple of the mains, probably on first start up. Who ever had it before you probably changed the oil religiously... and looks like they used good oil.

Rivet related question, how many and what size?

It's a funny thing... ask an engineer a technical or theoretical question, and you'll get a technical or theoretical answer... In the real world, at some point, we just need to acknowledge that some deflection is bound to occur. In fact, with the off-road trucks we actually plan for deflection...

Here's a fun one for you all...

The whole R12 thing kinda kills the deal in my opinion. Even if you try to convert it to R134, I think you'll just be throwing money at it. I'm thinking better and more cost effective to get a typical RV roof AC. Sometimes you can find a good used one from a dismantler or craigslist...

Trampus is looking more like home....

Lovin' it... Looks like an upscale college dorm room!  Designer, color coordinated, little details, and everything.  Fantastic build!

    Poor man's 1999 F450 Truck Camper Build

Hey MaTaLa, a suggestion, I was thinking maybe some 1"-1.5" aluminum angle mounted vertically near the lead edge of the side vent might help divert air around and over the lid, to keep the air flow from lifting or vibrating it at highway speeds.

This exactly what I have been told by two knowledgeable physicians.  We really don’t need any carbs, we can survive on protein and fat.  Protein will convert to glucose if needed, and Ketones are enough to fuel us.  However, we also need vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes.  We can get those...

Wow! I am so totally blown away with the number of replies to this post.   It's so odd, I often felt like one of very few...  I absolutely love reading about all of your success stories!  It's so refreshing and encouraging to see how many of you out there have found or reclaimed health and...

Rivet related question, how many and what size?

You know... exterior VHB or urethane bonding will tend to let the floor float around a bit (not a bad thing).  On the race cars/trucks we typically oversized holes on the top panels and just let them find their own home.  It's more tolerant for flexing and collision damage.   If I were mounting...

Our physical health has such a big influence on the quality of our life... Not only for us individually, but the state of our health also affects everyone around us, our friends, our loved ones...  My longest and best friend (honorary bigger brother) is diabetic, has been on insulin, won't...

Rivet related question, how many and what size?

If you're using diamond plate, I'd suggest to use regular button head rivets.  They'll fade visually into the pattern. That countersink just adds a whole 'nother degree of complexity.  A countersink needs to be an exact depth or the rivet head will either rest above or pull through the sheet...

CA and NY are going to make you pay to leave them!

Yup! ...born and raised right here in Southern California.  Found and married my wife... she doesn't want to leave because she has brothers/sisters/parents nearby...   I already told my adult sons if anything ever happened to her I'd check out and they could find me in my RV somewhere out in the...

What will you do if you get seriously sick?

Hey Noodly,  My thoughts and well-wishes are definitely with you.  FWIW, maybe your physician can tell you if that cancer is a type affected by glucose... If so I'd suggest to consider a **** diet.  From what I've read in medical publications and told by a physician friend, the worst types of...

    Third Failed Propane Regulator

You could plumb a liquid trap into the pipe before the regulator as described above. Pipe traps are often used in shop air lines to separate air/water. Basically it has a 90º turn with a vertical member that allows air to pass but gravity pulls out any liquid to the bottom leg. Shops have a...
