Google "hard start kit" some companies selll them (Dometic maybe?) for their appliances, air conditioning units, etc. It's just a capacitor. You could put one online for any high start up amp device if you wanted. But yes there are some safety considerations.

I'm curious if the network is truly 100% the same as Verizon's post pay plan. I've found that a number of carriers, Verizon included, have lesser coverage for prepaid plans and some of these contractual carriers.
