Hello, Meg.  I'm new to this site.  Just joined today.  I love in Kingman & am planning to visit the group in Quartzite in January.  Hope to meet you then.  Is it possible that when you type BMP what you really mean is BLM?  That stands for Bureau of Land Management.  Never heard of BMP before.
