If I recall, the common statistic is for every 1 complainer, there are 10+ people who enjoy it. As cyndi points out, I've seen nothing but the opposite. Maybe I got lucky with my camping spot.

A big factor is the acoustics of the desert and the wind. On the specific karaoke night in question, I am 150ft north from them and could barely hear it. The wind most likely was amplifying the music in a way nobody intended.

My brother plays D&D every Sunday. I'd be down to hang out and stargaze etc. I'm in the music section tonight. Might move around throughout the event. Who knows.
