Reading the entire article, it seems that some are ruining it for everyone.
I agree, in fact across our nation we’re seeing opportunities dwindle because of a few. And when the few congregate, it makes the situation look worse. I’ve seen truck stops start out with parking for overnight camper areas only to convert them back to regular parking because of misuse. So often I’ve seen people scraping buy to where they are panhandling and bothering those who the parking areas are intended for. There’s one I’d stop out of Spokane that I had the same speal where the people went to an Aunts funeral in Montana and was trying to get to a new job in like Seattle and if you didn’t give them a tank of gas they’d lose the job. The second time... maybe a year later, I was like. If your going to lie, at least change your story a little. Haha. Well, that is no longer available for anyone now.

Love’s truck stop in Green River Utah now has full hookup RV sites I believe are $44 a night. Guess some truck stops are catching on.

Seems they are changing the rules to do so.
Story here
One thing about that Jalponik article that was misleading was the city worker that claimed they find human feces while working. Well, I 100% believe they find human feces, but to imply it’s caused by van lifers is disingenuous considering the massive numbers of drug addled homeless staggering around San Diego like zombies that sh*t and pee wherever they feel like it. The mayor has promised to do something but is instead in full break everything mode just like they did to beautiful San Francisco.

It mentioned hitting bags of poo tossed in and under bushes with a weed wacker. Not cool.

If a homeless person if pooping in a bush, be isn't going to be worried about bagging it. Just saying.

That seems more like dog owners who bag up their dogs waste then toss it somewhere out of sight.
