whole lot of this yesterday when I was working on the Transit.
I always thought it was kinda interesting that the guitarist Geordie plays a Gibson ES295
because it's the signature guitar of Scotty Moore, Elvis' sideman.
He even dresses like the classic English tommy boy rocker.
And Killing Joke is pretty far left of Rock and Roll.

Also consider building over a pre dug cellar hole and install a trap door to it.
It just occurred to me, that a cellar is about the only part of a wee Home that can't get wheels put under it, for mobility. The cellar, if this wheeling up did occur, could become a cache.

Bob Dylan. I'm listening to Dylan while thinking about my mom who passed away at the end of August. My son sent me a photo of my mom and me walking in Fern Canyon in 2014. All five of us (her kids) helped care for her and were there when she passed away. Sorry, I just feel like sharing right now. Lots of driving this summer - well over 12,000 miles. Time to think about family and loss. My son and I returned to Fern Canyon after she passed.

Gospel bluegrass & June Carter old stuff, this was recorded 30 years ago.

Steve Morse and Paul Gilbert improvising off Jimi Hendrix's Little Wing live at the Namm Show 2020.

Just had to revive the thread to post this - heavy metal band does Sounds of Silence. I hate metal and I think this is GREAT.

(On the basis of this, I looked up some of the band's other work - nope, still don't like metal. This is different.)

Yes i am boomer: a lot of steely dan. Also am a musician, lots of jazz, world music, grateful dead, reggae, brazilian, salsa and stevie wonder. Would have to say this is our theme song (donald fagens new frontier) although when we are in the desert, love to play america's horse with no name...

It's a very small sub-genre but, I've found several recordings of Gerry Garcia singing Warren Zevon songs and Warren Zevon singing Grateful Dead songs.
