Reminds me Walker Lake, NV. First time I stopped by there the flies and stench were gut-churning. The next time I stopped by, it was lovely. Summer vs winter, respectively. Thanks for the report.
Modern structural plywood and OSB apparently have minimal off gassing, such that they are not regulated for formaldehyde emissions. This is in contrast to MDF, particle board, and hardwood plywood which may use a much more volatile adhesive.
The EPA worked with California Air Resources Board...
My advise would be to increase your $$$ budget, decrease your electrical usage, and (or?) purchase a generator. And search for "Energy Audit and System Sizing Spreadsheet".
I have a 16 foot cargo trailer, and can get four 325W panels (1300W) on the roof with just enough room for a vent fan...
Thank you for the info. If you had just one plan to choose right now, what would it be? I'm thinking to start with Verizon postpaid and going from there (Visible, booster, antennae, etc.) as needed. The new satellite stuff like SpaceX could change things a lot in a year or two.
Could be the router, but I'd guess it's just the cap Visible puts on hotspot speed. This is from their web site:
+Mobile hotspot speeds capped at 5 Mbps and limited to one tethered device at a time
I will be flipping the axles for extra clearance. I tried to get that done when I bought the trailer, but the dealer didn't have the correct parts in stock.
