Hello, all!
I am currently in the process of building (literally) my first business. I purchased a 1986 trailer that I am completely gutting/rebuilding to house my mobile business.
Once I have this built, my next big project will be to purchase a cargo van and begin a build so that I can hit the road with my business.
I have always been fascinated by small living spaces, and the engineering genius that goes into utilizing every inch of space. I am also a nature lover, and being in Dallas, TX, you have to travel a bit to find "nature". With the added fact that I have a tendency to get bored AND have never renewed a lease or committed to buying a home, it just makes sense for me to begin a nomadic lifestyle.
To me, working for myself and having the mobility to go wherever I want will give me the ultimate freedom. I have a lot of work to do to get me prepared, and I have absolutely no experience, but I am not scared of the challenge. (Ok, that's a lie... I'm terrified... but I'm gonna do it anyway
)
I have joined this community to learn from those who have experience renovating/fixing/building mobile structures and/or living on the road, and to share what I learn along the way with other members when I can.
Thanks for visiting my profile, and I look forward to getting to know you!
