    Anyone travel with a guitar?

My Guitar stays at home. I travel with my Harmonica. No problem, just put it in my pocket, but I do understand your problem and sympathies with you.

Pricey propane or solar shower or PVC on the roof?

We used a pump up weed sprayer with a spray head made from the small thumb controlled sink sprayer used to rinse dishes on some of the older home sinks. I would imagine they can still be had. Worked well and did not use excessive water. We put cold water in the sprayer and added hot water to suit.

Just found the forum but being a avid BoB Wells viewer

I have been following Bob's You tube adventures off and on for many years also but just got back on the forum after quite a long hiatus. Was very surprised that name had changed but pleased that the format remains pretty much the same. Enjoy your mini van travels. I travel in a 1999 Road Trek...

    How to measure vehicles tilt?

My old stick and brick was so out of level I could only eat a half bowl of soup at a time. Now that is out of level !!!! If RV/Van is comfortable to walk around in or sleep in it should be OK for the fridge.

    where ARE you?

I just read a post about a storm in the South East. That sure covers a lot of area. I have friends currently in the outer banks. Should I be concerned? I don't think saying what State or States are effected would give too much information away to anybody's stalkers !!

    Hello from NW Arkansas

Lotsahorses My brother raced a 38 chevy coupe back in the late 50s and he ran a 270 Jimmy engine. The racing association had a 300 CI limit so he couldn't run the 302. The 270 was a real power house. Good luck with your restorations. Bob

propane single burner stoves as heaters?

When we had a truck camper we would warm it up at night with the stove, turn it off and set a kettle with water in it back on the stove. When I woke in the morning I would climb down, use the john and light the stove and climb back up in the bunk. By the time the kettle whistled it was so hot in...

    Your Opinion on Roadtreks?

Hepcat, A lot of what you mentioned did not apply to the Roadtrek in the OP's question. I have a RT versatile. I do not entertain company but the extra seats allow us to sit in comfort and enjoy a meal or snack while in travel mode without tuning the front seats around. Also they allow us the...

djkeev "I was discouraged to find that there are Many Class B snobs out there!" HEY, I resemble that remark! I am one of those "B" owners, albeit a 99 Roadtrek with 95000 miles on it and I know exactly what you mean about the snob factor. I belong to a "B" forum and I usually look...
