Bottom line - I am intent on moving to southern Florida because I am a water boy (love to swim, snorkel, dive, kayak, etc...). I currently own a rental property business and am currently figuring out how to transition from my present situation into a van dweller lifestyle using Florida as a base of operations.

Your feedback will be great help for me and I look forward to seeing your comments. I even started a blog to keep my thoughts focused on this goal.
