Sabatical

My wife and I are a middle aged couple, married for 20 years with three grown boys. We have both wanted to travel for many years and recently we are working at make that a reality.
We have both done many things for work and I am currently still working but have alot of free time to build and tinker. She has recently closed her 10yr old fabric store and is trying to figure out what's next.
We both enjoy making things both for usefulness and the adventure of it.
We have two dogs that are keeping us occupied since the kids no longer need us.
