Roller Angel spends most of his time helping people learn how to accomplish their goals using technology, specifically the computer. He is an avid BSD user (FreeBSD is a free and open source computer operating system) and Pythonista (Python is a general purpose computer programming language) who enjoys learning all the amazing things he can do with BSD and Python to solve issues. He is a firm believer that one can learn anything they wish to set their mind to. He is getting more involved in contributing to open source projects in his spare time. He uses BSD and Python to help him learn more about the computer and to assist him with his many side projects and help him automate and manage various aspects of his life.

As a kid Roller was involved heavily in the Boy Scouts of America where he learned essential skills for survival and became experienced in planning and going on multi day backpacking / camping trips. Roller's initial experience with nomad life was on a longboard (it's a long skateboard with big wheels). He would travel extensively on this board and learned that he only needed a backpack and this longboard to go anywhere in a 50 mile range with no money at all. Roller is currently a helpdesk technician that was working in an office for close to a decade when Covid-19 came and gave him the chance to sell everything and live a mobile life while keeping his job and transitioning to remote work.

Roller currently owns a Toyota FJ Cruiser that he pulls his Bravo Scout cargo trailer with. The cargo trailer is a no build build with a small bed inside and all of the camping gear he's collected over the years. For power Roller is using a Bluetti EB240 2400Wh/1000W Portable Power Station for power needs and has an array of solar panels to charge up. You will see Roller with his small Yorkshire terrier dogs as they go everywhere with him.
