I would go with the Van because of two main advantages, the ability to do Stealth if you need to and better fuel economy generally speaking.  You can't do Stealth with a Skoolie.

There are just a ton of logistical problems with this. What happens if there are more vehicles than spots available?  Do you queue up on the street and wait for the next vehicle to exit? Do you have to check out every day?  When can you check back in?  If you need to drive somewhere for a job...

First of all, once again I have to make the distinction between Collapse sites and Prepper sites.  They are not one in the same thing. Prepper sites focus on things like what stuff is good to have (and they sell a lot in Ads, they usually have tons of them), survival skills, permaculture skills...

This is excellent news and long overdue. In addition to the restrooms on-site, storage units would be good for people to store some of their possessions they don't use all the time like extra clothing, tools etc. Hopefully a few more cities will pick up on this idea.
