In the fall (2017), I will be in my 30th year of teaching high school English in central Florida. I could retire in June 2018, or work until 62 or 65. I am undecided. I enjoy my work, so I am not trying to escape it although some days can be more taxing than others. I didn't go into this profession for the money, but I will have a decent pension. I want to relocate to Pensacola to be close to my daughter and her family, but a comparable home to my modest one is very expensive there. I thought of living in an RV, but don't know how feasible that is. I also would like to travel and am inspired by the YouTube videos (like Carolyn's RV) of people who venture on their own. I still find the thought of traveling alone daunting. So, I am working out what I want to do within the next few years.
