That is exactly what I am gonna do. I already made a claim with the BBB so I have to see where that goes first.

I am greatful of that. I have still been in contact with james and he is still refusing to refund any money to me.

He does have a website. They look legit because the company was legit. James only took over less than a year ago. He had no experiance with fiberglass or running a busisness which is why this whole issue has happened.

I did file a complaint aginst the BBB.  I honestly just want him to pay for my broken grill and to fix my top. I don't need or want anything extra.
