    For sure on a plane or shipping, I use a gig bag but its a decent one and doesn't get knocked around in the truck. I prefer gig bags to take it hiking Actually about time to replace it come to think, another $50 in the hole

    I've always had instruments with me, guitars, keyboards etc, never had one break from temperature etc. If the environment is too harsh for an instrument, its too harsh for habitation and then some As far as taking a guitar on a plane, I'd pack it well, fill the soundhole if its an acoustic...

    Mine are pretty cheap, I use them to view the mountains, and look for animals At some point I'd be willing to drop money on something fancy, along with a lightweight tripod that could be taken on hikes Being able to use it for star gazing would be great as well, when the opportunity arises...

    I've wanted a telescope for awhile, its usually pretty cloudy out here though, not a lot of chances to really see the stars Binoculars are good to have around though, I use them often

    I actually rented land this winter, whenever it was too snowed in to stay out. Its cheaper than driving south Though driving south is also a good excuse to travel lol Sounds like a plan
