The day after I was born my parents took me on a road trip visit my grandparents.

Hitch-hiked across Canada in a variety of trips. Legal and illegal trips across Canada
by train. Saw most of eastern Canada and parts of NE US by motorcycle as well as parts of southern BC and northern Washington. Bicycle camping trips all over southwestern BC and Vancouver Island.

For the past 2 decades my travels have taken me all over BC and to the border of the Yukon where I took a picture of the sign and returned by a different route, I'll be back.

Sometimes I've taken a tent but more and more I've liked the convenience of just stopping where I am and already being set up. My smallest "RV" was a 2-door Saturn. My current ride is a Kia Sportage.

Trips have been few since September 2017, when I got hit in the head with a car. Actually, I stopped to let a lights and siren ambulance into traffic and got rear-ended. I spent a few years recovering, resting, changing meds and trying to return to work.

I can't return to work. For the past year I've been dealing with lawyers, saving my disability payments, accepting that this is life and learning how to make the most of what I have and let a lot of other things go.

Right now I have no idea what part of my life will be spent on the road. It will be a lot more than in the past.
