I have always been lost in regular society. I recently realized that I have mild to moderate Asperger's Syndrome. It is a relief to know why I can't understand people, but it is a curse to know I likely never will.

Through a long and complicated series of events, that definitely involves a relationship, I ended up moving back and forth across the western half of the U.S. a total of ten times in six years. Before that I had gone back to school to complete my bachelor's but ran out of financial aid. That leaves me with a pretty shaky resume for the past ten years. I find myself over qualified for a lot of things but not quite qualified for a lot of others. So, finding work in the normal grist mill is proving to be very difficult.

I have always dreamed of the simple life: homesteading on a piece of land in the forest, but I can't afford that either. So, I have decided that living in an RV or van is the best thing for me. I will be able to cut my expenses down to the absolute minimum. I hope to be able to do a combination of work camping, freelance technical writing, and RV repair and restoration.

Mostly, I hope to have time to think.
