Just wondering if there is anything I need to know about converting regular recipes for use in the Omnia.  Like are the cooking times comparable? And what about oven temps.  Can u adjust it from a hot oven to a cool oven just by lowering the flame?  I am really looking forward to trying my hand...

I think the OPs question was "Do you have a recipe that can be made vegetarian with one or two adjustments?" I will often use TVP in my soups or casseroles that call for ground beef.
