-Work full time while living in sticks/bricks home.
-Looking to retire within the next 10-15 years.
-Want to see the beautiful & amazing places (whether nature or museum) that North America has to offer
-Hate to fly
-Do not want to rush about to meet a deadline after I retire - doing enough of that in the daily work grind now
-I am an introvert, but do enjoy being around others from time-to-time.
-Hoping to dip my toe in the nomad life within the next three years to try it out for short excursions
