Cobbtown Acres was set up legally as a DIY rental workspace for home on wheels in October 2021. We are not an RV park. If we became an RV park, we would have to charge anywhere between $500 - $600 a month + electricity. One of the things we are doing, is showing the county who we are - a DIY...

We have to put in a septic tank and had to complete the playground, which we just did Sunday. We also have to put up a privacy fence, which we're working on.
We did indeed post on Facebook that we were having problems with the county. However, we have never stated that we were served a cease and desist. May I ask where you heard or read that we were served? We also posted that we won our case the same day you posted we were closed.
Making sure everyone is aware. Cobbtown Acres IS NOT closed. We are open for business and have space for people to do DIY builds. I don't know who Abnorm is or where he got his information... but we won our case in court with necessary changes.
Nope. We won :) We have to make some changes and we're still fighting for other aspects. But we are very much open. We have plenty of space for DIY builds.
