I'm a 54 yr old man. I have practiced/worked in many different trades over the years. If man made it, I can fix it...if I can get at it(T4 spinal cord injury wheelchair user), if not and you are willing, I can show YOU how to fix it. Seventh Day Adventist, servant of GOD, which automatically makes me a servant of my fellow man/woman. I have basically been 'camping' in a basement for about three years now. I have proven to myself that I can get by on very little in the 21 years I have been paralyzed. Since I live on a fixed income and most of it goes for rent, I have been looking for cheap land out in the Southwest that I can move to and live off-grid. With the money I save, I will eventually be able to make a remote place for a few like-minded folks to join me, as the world continually goes downhill. I found these forums, Bob's blog, etc a week ago and am happy I have found it. Here's to warmer weather, wide open spaces and no mud. UPDATE moved to the desert, off-grid completely 18FEB2018
