I learned to love traveling from my parents. As a kid, we’d spend most Summers traveling out West in a homemade RV, mostly in Colorado which was my Dad's home state.
From these experiences, I learned to appreciate travel and nature. I also learned that there is good in just about everybody and “RV people” are some of the nicest around.
In college, I did a little tent camping and later bought a travel trailer followed by several motorhomes. It seems I’ve never been without a way to camp as this is one of the things I most enjoy. I also enjoy the company of other camping folks since they seem to appreciate real values and what's truly important in life.
It's great to be able to get away from the hustle & bustle of suburban Atlanta to relax in a beautiful wilderness area or small town. I’ll always enjoy what camping offers and look forward to creating many more great camping memories.
Home Town:
Grew up in Columbia, SC. Lived a short time in Washington, DC and Denver, CO. Have lived in in Milton, GA (Suburb of Atlanta) for the past 27 years.
Favorite Boondocking Locations:
Anywhere safe & secure offering peace & quiet. Favorite camping spots are in the mountains.
