In 2013 I sold almost everything that I owned and bought a van then moved into it. I traveled west for a few months and got a taste of the free vandwelling life and absolutely loved it! Unfortunately, I had to come back and continue working, however it in an industry that I absolutely love. Because I couldn’t quite live inside of walls at this point, I moved into my sailboat then sold that and moved into a “small” 300 ft condo in town. I now try to balance the free nomadic life with having a great business to run anchored in a city. It’s a fine line but I enjoy the challenge though I deeply miss those days of ultimate freedom. One day again I will do that but right now I need to somehow balance both worlds.
