My name is Grant Guthrie and my wife's name is Claire Heinz. I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa and Claire was born and raised in San Diego, California. Together we are Africali! We met one night at a bonfire on Mission beach in San Diego, 6 months into my California vagabond vanlife, and soon after that we were inseparable. She had a great job, I got a great job, and then the pandemic took it all away from us.
